Buying the perfect Father’s Day gift is like the holy grail. The man has everything and really needs nor wants nothing. So what’s the thoughtful offspring of the Upper East Side to do? One idea stands out better than the rest…
Spend the day with your Dad. Sure, you’ve had your differences, but that’s what he probably wants more than anything else. Buy him dinner, even though he always, always insists on picking up the check. Consider someplace seriously special like Daniel. (After all, the man sent you to college and is probably a big reason why you can even live in the Upper East Side.) Maybe drop a dime on his favorite scotch. You can find it at Vintage Grape. Force yourself to write a nice note. Trust us, this little effort will go a long way.
If we do say so, a night at Hotel Wales would make an excellent gift for the parents. Check out Hotel Wales specials.
