Apparently, those living in the Upper East Side can say “Of course not, we love to be safe.”  And if you live between Fifth Ave. and Park Ave. from 77th St. to 84th St. consider yourself the least likely in Manhattan to be a crime victim – at least according to WalletPop.com.
